Running and talking with everyone has shown me that we are all the same. Even though we come from different backgrounds, be it social, economic or age. We all carry the same problems. When someone is talking about something you are shaking your head because you know exactly what they are going through. So don't be afraid to reach out, to ask for help, or just gripe if needed. We all are listening
