Warm-up

neck rolls, arm circles, Abe Vigodas, turn and bounce, tappy taps, mini-motivator from 5.

Workout

Motivational (relating to the Motivator, but not necessarily motivating) circuits in knee-deep snow.

Upper body Motivator included overhead presses, 1/2 curls, full curls, and cross grip upright rows.

Cycled through to 8 count, grabbed coupons and trudged to the only other clear spot on the field.

Completed 7 and 6 count cycles.

Returned to starting point in end zone and switched to lower body Motivator which included weighted squats, Lt. Dans, lunges and monkey humpers.  Completed last 5 rounds of a Motivator  doing these.

 

Finished with a full, traditional SSH Motivator

Forgot my thought of the day, but it would have been great! Prayers for young lady known to @FLO struggling with an eating disorder. Continued strength and prayers for @Comeback Kid as he navigates a new chapter. Prayers for Molly and family as she continues to fight the effects of brain cancer and the emotional toll that has on her and family. Thanks for joining me in the snow and allowing me to lead this great group of brothers! Also, if up for kettlebell workout tomorrow, look to meet at circular drive in front of the school.
