Workout
While one partner ran through the snow to approximately the 50 & back the other partner completed the following exercises until switching:
50 Burpees
100 Big Boys
150 Overhead Presses
200 Curls

Then, completed circuit of 5 minutes of Planks:
1 min Straight Arm Plank, 30 sec Elbow Plank, 30 sec Elbow Plank w/ one foot raised x2, 30 sec side plank x2, 30 sec straight arm plank, 1 min elbow plank

Matthew Urban was a Army Lieutenant Colonel in WWII. Recipient of the Medal of Honor and 7 Purple Hearts. Fought in North Africa, Sicily, France & Belgium. Repeatedly wounded but would refuse evacuation to continue fighting with his battalion. After being shot through the neck in Belgium on top of all other injuries, he was told he would die. He ended up suriviving, but could no longer speak so instead he wrote a request for another combat assignment. Message was that if we attacked life with that sort of tenacity, there's no limit on what we could accomplish
