Kettlebell Cardio: 2 rounds of KB exercises, 40 secs on, 15 sec rest b/t sets, with a break between rounds to stretch. It was a cold morning so we jumped right into the workout with some alternating swings, Snatch, swing to rack, standing press, swing around waste, squat, swing push (everyone’s fav), clean to press, upper cuts, alternating swings, reverse lunge pass through. Repeat
