Pick up coupons and go to gravel pit for:
Colt 45, slow count
Overhead presses, 4 count x15

Run to football thing:
dips/merkins/inverted rows, slow count x15

Run to wall at the high school:
balls to the wall with pax countingRun to hill, 4 minutes backwards up hill forwards down, while partner does slow squat

Run to softball diamond:
Lunge around bases single file, close together, last 2 pax run to middle for 5 smurfjacks

Indian run back to end zone for COT
