Workout
Lots of Burpees with a 2 minute interval clock running, perform alternating burpees with partner until clear.
Every 2 minutes both partners run ~140m and continue burpees. 2 minute timer does not stop so you needed to continue burpees with the time left after run until next 2 minute run.
The top team of @McGruber and @Comeback Kid completed over 300 Burpees-great work.

God designed us to live life with others. This is easy for some and more difficult for severely introverted people like myself. F3 and this brotherhood has really helped me step out of my comfort zone and open up to people more in the past 8 months than anytime in my life. My challenge to the PAX is to reach out to some brothers you haven't connected to in awhile and let them no you're thinking about them and hope to see them soon. 2nd F was held at Cardinal Coffee joined by @S'mores and @Warm Water. Great discussion was held about Wounds in our past. Thanks to @SloMo for the coffee. Thanks for letting me lead you this morning.
