The Escalator:
Perform 5 reps of first exercise, 100 yards recovery run, repeat excercise and add new exercise with 5 add. reps, after each run new exercise with 5 more reps is added.

25 Squads (6 = 150)
30 Butterfly Crunch (5 = 150)
35 Dips (4 = 140)
40 Monkey Hopper (3 = 120)
45 Side Straddle Hop (2 = 90)
50 LBC (1 = 50)
