- 21 Jump Street – 20 pushups on side line – sprint across 1 Lt. Dance.
- Pax circle in the middle and throw two Dodecahedron dice and chose one exercise – Lot of mountain climbers & Bonny blairs
we did COT even as @6 Pack cried out for more dice rolls. “Life is pain, highness. Anyone who says differently is selling something.” Lets strive to learn from the pain instead of rejecting all of it in search of comfort. F3 was timely for both @Comeback Kid and I and we have gained friends, fitness and fellowship from it last year. We are better men because of you. It was an honor to lead you today.
